Installation
Installing QuoteRush
QRID is QR144936444890
Go to https://quoterush.com/newqr/thequoterushinstaller.exe
Download and install the software.
1. Install QuoteRush using the link above.
2. Log Into QuoteRush (if you need your QRID call us at 800-601-3541).
3. Click on “Help”, then “Check Firewall”. This will set an exclusion in 
   Windows Defender.
4. Add an Exclusion to the Antivirus for the whole QuoteRush program folder. This can usually be
   found at “C:\Program Files (x86)\QuoteRush2\”.
5. Click on the “Settings” tab at the top of the window and click on “Settings Checker”. 
   This will open the Settings Checker window.
6. Click on “Fill Trusted Sites” - this should fill the second column with all the Carrier sites.
7. Click on “Open Java Verification”. This will open a browser window directly to the Java Verification
   Tool. Click “I Agree to the terms and want to Continue” to check your Java version. This may take
   up to a minute to open and activate the tool.
      a. If you are up to date on Java, you will see a message saying "Congratulations"
      b. If you are not up to date, you will be prompted to run the installer.
      c. If the above doesn't work, go to https://java.com/en/download/
8. After Java installs fully, click on the gear on the top right corner of the Internet Explorer window
   and go to “Internet Options”. This should bring up a small window.
9. On the “General” tab, under “Browsing History”, click “Delete” and confirm that these 3 
   items are not checked :
      a. Preserve Favorites website data
      b. Form Data
      c. Passwords
10.Click “Delete”
11.Click on “Security” tab and click on “The Globe” icon, 
   make sure that “Enable Protected Mode” is checked and click on “Custom Level”. 
   Find the setting for “Popup Blocker” and make sure its set to “Disable” and 
   click “OK” to confirm changes if a change was made.
12.If you are not running “QuoteRush” as an Administrator then you need to click on the “Green”
   check on the “Security” tab and make sure that the checkbox “Protected Mode” is checked. Ignore
   this if you are running “QuoteRush” as an Admin.
13.Click the “Advanced” tab, and confirm that these boxes have checks in the checkbox
      a. Reset zoom level for new windows and tabs
      b. All SSL and TLS options(Near the bottom of the window)
      c. (Optional) Do not save encrypted pages to disk
      d. (Optional)Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
14.Click on “Custom Level” and confirm that these 4 settings are set to “Enable”.
      a. Allow Scriptlets
      b. Allow scripting of Microsoft Web Browser Control
      c. Allow Script-Initiated Windows without size or position Constraints
      d. Scripting of Java Applets
15.Click “OK” to confirm changes.
16.Click on “Privacy” tab and confirm that “Popup Blocker” is not checked. Close this window.
17.Click on “Tools” in Internet Explorer and select “Manage Add-ons”. Select the drop down that says
   “Currently loaded add-ons” and change it to say “All add-ons”. Confirm that a Shockwave add-on
   is on the list and enabled, and make sure all Java add-ons are enabled.(If they say anything other
   than Enabled, click on the add-on row and click the button below that says “Enable”. Then Close this window.
18.Congratulations!! You are now running QuoteRush like a rockstar.
