Office 365 Account Can't Send

If a user is unable to send emails to anyone with an
Office 365 email account and are getting bounces with
the following message, then login to the portal as an
administrator account and check either...
Exchange Admin -> Protection -> Action Center
(or)
Office 365 Security & Compliance -> Restricted Users

Unblock the user and scan his/her computer for viruses.

Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a 
valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address 
is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send email. 
Contact your email admin for assistance.
